Our Way of Working

First and foremost we start by listening. We listen to how you believe a web site can benefit your organisation. We also need to know if you have any strong wishes with regards to design. However if we feel that a request will not be beneficial, we will advise you but in the end the decision is yours.

Next we provide you with some CONCEPTS, these take the form of images for a suggested look and feel for your new site. If you like one of these CONCEPTS we'll attempt to refine that design to your wishes. If you don't like any of the CONCEPTS then no problem we'll go always and try again until we find one you're happy with.

After the CONCEPT is agreed we'll use it to create a basic working site complete with navigation so that you can check that it fulfills your requirements.

When everyone's happy we'll go ahead and hang your user content, images etc inside the new framework and finally add the administration page(s) so that you can take over control of your site when ready.

Our most popular starting point for many customers. We will create the look and feel of the site according to our standard working procedures and your requirements and then setup your full web site "ready to go" complete with it's own custom built "Site Administration" allowing you to update or remove predefined content within your web pages.

The ideal system if you want a high level of flexibility and you are happy to do all your own maintenance. You have the possibility to add, update or delete pages and content withing the limits of the template.

A full blown database driven dynamic CMS system offering a very high level of flexibility. The system means your site content is kept separate to your web pages until the moment they are requested by the user at which time they are dynamically created from the database. Using this system means you can store your content documents by category and subcategory making it ideal for high level organisational web sites.

We can provide advanced hosting in a protected secure environment with multiple layers of firewalls, network traffic filtering, virus scanning and intrusion detection systems. This means safe, secure guaranteed site availability and high performance.

Our hosted client's have access to their own hosting control panel as part of the hosting facilities which allows them to update user passwords, control email facilities, view Website Usage Statistics etc.

Available to our hosted clients are online reports regarding visits to your web site.
Up to 12 months of historic usage statistics are available in both graphical and tabular formats.

Available to our hosted clients are email mailboxes and a secure webmail facility providing a browser based interface for you to send and receive emails via your mailbox, ideal for keeping in touch when you are away from your regular email client.
